Pay a monthly pass for two cars and the first time the system malfunctioned (okay it happens), last night I went and the garage door gets jammed so I had to reverse back out!! Doesn’t seem like this place does a routine maintenance on their parts or machines !! Doesn’t even look like the garage door got any grease on the rollers for years !!
