The payment interface has been broken 3 of the last 3 times I have gone for a wash now. I'm trying to cancel my membership, but there's no way to do it without calling their customer support (only open M-F 9am to 5pm while I'm working). Would not recommend this location until they fix their systems.

Update: May 2024.... They have a new card terminal. With a package wash all you do is drive up. Scans automatically and it starts right away (until car in dront of you is just about done. No more freezing screen like before. Love the touchless car wash! $22 ( it's ceramic coated now else so I reduced it from the highest package). Comes out clean and prices are fair for a monthly pass. I've been going for a couple years and got a monthly pass last year. Definitely recommend as it's cheaper than going 2x a month without a pass... read more
