Unlimited member car must be dried completely to see results of a washed vehicle. If you do not spots and water marks at VERY apparent and obvious (white spotted). It almost looks DIRTIER after wash. Visited a competitor today no water spots (white) or water streaks. Please advise.

RecommendedYesterday I went to the scrub a dub in Warwick for a wash in my (literally) brand new car. To say I was dissatisfied with the wash would be an understatement, but when I called & spoke with the manager brandon he did his job so well. Had me come back in today to make the situation right and he definitely did. He defused the situation and absolutely had the customer leave happy! Brandon is great at his job and I hope as a company you recognize that! Thanks again brandon!
RecommendedNice place, excellent prices, free vacuums for unlimited members. I just wish they were closer to Swampscott Ma. And I wish the driers dried more, and had the interior services in Chelsea. (I have the best unlimited program they have)
