This is one of the best ScrubaDub locations I’ve been to. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and happy to answer any questions. Even when I had issues with the car wash, the staff handled the problem with no issues and listened to my complaint.
I cannot sing my praises of Scrub-a-Dub highly enough, specifically the Biddeford, Maine location. My membership is worth every penny. I love a clean car, but moreover the employees are kind, helpful, friendly, and go out of their way every single visit to make sure customers have a great experience. My car is shiny, my interior is clean, and my kids are happy with their pretzels and stickers :) What a great place. Thank you, Scrub-a-Dub Biddeford!
The staff here are so helpful and the monthly plan can't be beat. I am disappointed that none of the shampooers work at the Biddeford location. It seems they have been broken for some time.
