Very poor customer service. I went in for a car wash at your Appleton Avenue carwash. Paid for the ALA CARTE. Received the service and went home. Looked at my car and I got the ALA but no cart. Car was still dirty and tires had NO SHINE. Went back to tell your representatives and show them service was not as advertised. And I was told I received what I paid for. REALLY! You're kidding right. To keep from causing a justified, dissatisfied customer scene I left.
Absolutely professional service at this place. Sometimes you pull into oil change centers and they start racking up things you need with out explaining why. Every time I come here the people take their time and explain to me their recommendations. They even will help save where they can! Kelly and Asad worked on our truck today and we couldn't of asked for better service. Thank you!
