Very poor customer service. I went in for a car wash at your Appleton Avenue carwash. Paid for the ALA CARTE. Received the service and went home. Looked at my car and I got the ALA but no cart. Car was still dirty and tires had NO SHINE. Went back to tell your representatives and show them service was not as advertised. And I was told I received what I paid for. REALLY! You're kidding right. To keep from causing a justified, dissatisfied customer scene I left.
2nd time washed this Winter, both times got some black stuff on the left of my car by driver side like oil. Couldn't get it out by just wiping it or rubbing it. 7 bucks was the least they charged 2nd time, first time was 6bucks with underflush.
The brushes don't get every inch of the car but the basic wash is only $4. Overall a good deal. Especially if you wash often. #UberLife
