Terrible experience all around. Unprofessional and horrible customer service. The pharmacist claimed they did not have my prescription yet I received a voicemail the day prior “uh we received a prescription for you, but I believe it's the wrong pharmacy since you're located in **** and we're in Orlando. So I just wanna let you know to call your doctor and ask him to send it to your pharmacy closer to your house” first off all a medication transfer requires me calling the pharmacy the script was originally sent to, and they a... read more
great pharmacy! all of the staff here and very kind and understanding and multilingual as well.
Love my pharmacy! Love my ladies there. They do give the best prices if you don't have insurance. I had insurance when I first used them. But then I didn't have insurance for a year and a half (or more). I just bought insurance, so it won't start till next month. I also moved fairly far away but still in the general area. This is in China Town, Pinehills, Orange County. I'm in Seminole County, but I still use them bc I love them so much.
Great experience with this pharmacy. Very profesional and efficient with my order.
