Super slow with refills !! They are fast when prescription are being sent by physician only . But if the patient is the one requesting the refill it will take up to two or three days to be processed .
Updating my review . I’m disappointed with these people. .Their lack of empathy is scary . They refill the medication wherever they want unless is the doctor from inside the hospital sending the prescription. Understand something, most refills come from patients that are seen at the hospital or were admitted at some point so when you say that your priority is taking care of the prescriptions of inpatient patients first you need to know that the prescriptions or refills that you guys put on “ hold “ on purpose also belong to ... read more
