ICU nurses - some of them are not professional. They have poor resident physicians from the Navy hospital . The health care team pressured our family to put our loved one to hospice and told us that our loved one would not come out alive

Do not give birth at that hospital. Because God forbid you have premature babies, they do an absolute terrible job taking care of the children so far. I've had a family member who gave birth there, and they've done a terrible job taking care of the babies they do not even if they're in nicu. They do not take care of them. Well all nurses there clueless of what they need to be doing.
