Hoping I never have to go to a Scripps facility ever again in my life. Unbelievably awful customer service, no one knows their job and how to correctly direct you. I received incorrect information across 10 different phone calls and STILL can’t resolve this. This office took 6 WEEKS to send a referral and records to a new provider and still can’t do it correctly - I have private insurance but my referral was sent as workers comp?! - I’ve been an active Scripps patient for years! Came here to get an annual physical. I brought up some concerns about how I was feeling in fatigue. Doctor was super annoyed that I asked any additional questions. Because of that he changed my appointment to a sick visit. So my insurance wouldn’t cover it. Ended up costing me $800 for a physical that should be free with my insurance . They’re super hard to get a hold of tons of phone prison and still They’re refusing to change it back.
