A representative there, Nora is extremely rude! She was not pleasant to speak to. Began raising her voice at me and would not let me speak. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she proceeded to making me wait on hold for a long time. Extremely rude and uncalled for behavior.

I recently had a frustrating experience with Scripps regarding a panel ordered by my wife's care provider. After receiving the CPT code from her care provider, I obtained a cost estimate from Scripps based on that code. This review is not about the primary care because Dr Wilson along with her pa are great!! But the pre authorization department and communication is just lacking, I’m at a stand still and I’m guessing I have to switch doctors since the pre authorization department won’t do the leg work for a pre authorization for a medication I need! It’s been over a month and the fighting and hoping they will do what’s needed is exhausting!
