If I could give zero stars, I would. The Scripps Sleep Clinic is completely disorganized, impossible to reach, and shows zero regard for patient access. I tried calling multiple times and was left on hold for over 20 minutes each time with no answer. When I finally got through, I was met with rigid, illogical policies that made it extremely difficult to schedule the at-home sleep study I was referred for. Had an appointment with a PA as a second opinion and that went well. Seemed to be competent and we had what I would have said was a good conversation. When I reached out to ask for a required referral for a dentist that could do Prosomnus, it was practically crickets. There was one response and then nothing again for over a month. I will choose not to use this team in the future and would not recommend anyone to them.

Great team and very proactive responses to my questions. They helped me with a lot of administrative tasks related to my employer. They get booked up pretty far in advance but if you’re flexible and there’s a cancellation you can request for them to reach out.
