This place is genuinely a sick joke, you MUST avoid it at all costs, regardless if it’s in network or you are a life long Scripps patient. This facility is so inept at scheduling it’s baffling, waiting 2.5 months to review a sleep study should be crime. Josh at the front desk is an awful patient advocate, he doesn’t understand the difference between a PA and an MD, which is understandable because he’s just a scheduler but I do feel like they should have some basic knowledge about the practice they work for. I’ve had two major issues with this sleep center. The first issue forced me to have to cancel and reschedule an out of town surgery. This past year my machine hasn’t been working correctly, and the air flow intermittently gets intense, wakes me up out of a sound sleep. The plastic water chamber compartment, even new ones, don’t fit snugly into the machine. Plastic wears over time. Despite the one star reviews, I had very pleasant experiences with this sleep center. It's been easy to schedule and everyone has been great to work with. I would recommend.

I could give this facility 0 stars. They are so disorganized and rarely follow up anything. They keep complaining about our DME provider but there is an issue with their follow up and paperwork. Everything is fax based and nothing is done electronically. If you have options you should try some other more organized and competitive facility. Doctors are more friendly and sleep techs are really competent however everything is ruined by their lack luster back office.
