I would give 0 stars if possible I had a very disappointing and frankly concerning experience with Dr. Naomi during my recent ear cleaning visit. Compared to my last visit, where the procedure was done safely and effectively in one try, this time was completely different. Dr. Naomi took over 15 attempts to flush my ear, clearly showing a lack of experience and confidence with the irrigation tool.
