Very rude nurse named Megan. Tried asking questions about surgery pick-up and was given attitude and dirty looks.
I recently had surgery with Dr. Diaz and had just about the best experience one could ask for! The receptionist was wonderful as well as nurses Heather, Mark, and Paula. They made me feel so welcomed and at ease from start to finish. Dr. Zinser is an excellent anesthesiologist, very personable and skilled as I did not have any pain or nausea or complications afterwards.
