Disappointing – Extensive work done went far over budget. OK that can happen. But then they reassure you "we'll ALWAYS be there to support the result after we finish, to address any problems, We stand by our work!" Well okay, I'm a bit of a skeptic but I thought maybe these guys would truly keep faith even when I've already promptly paid in full. They DON'T.
