My experience wasn't great. They were friendly. But my appointment was 30 minutes late. There were no gowns. Abd the tech was a bit rough when positioning me.
My wife had a bad experience today with the technician. Very rough during the screening process, poor bedside manner and poor communication. Uncomfortable experience overall.

I’ve done mamography about one months ago, they haven’t sent the report to the doctor yet. Follow up is very difficult because almost they didn’t reply. They are careless.
Receptionist is professional and courteous.. the process was not at all intimidating and a breeze.
