I have been getting mammograms at this location for years. I have never had any problems, always quick scheduling, appts. and the technicians are always kind and make you feel comfortable.
Went for my yearly mammo, I had a Great experience. Friendly, quick and on time.
I had a mammogram 11/24. I was told I would owe $0 for the visit. I got a clean bill of health and shortly after that, I was balance billed for my visit. They did not like what my insurance would pay and insisted I pay the full amount (over $1100). My insurance sent this to arbitration and I still had to pay over $700 for my visit. Not only did I have to pay this ridiculous amount, but I was diagnosed with BREAST CANCER in April 2025! I will never go here again!!!!
I had a mammogram at Baptist South last month, and submitted my insurance information prior to the appointment. Today I received a bill from Mori, Bean & Brooks, who I never heard of. I called to see what happened and why I was getting this huge bill. They never mentioned this company to me at the time of the appointment.
