After learning what my brother experienced at this facility you should be ashamed and not allowed to work with the public and vulnerable individuals. Your facility let my family member leave AMA without being psychiatrically evaluated during a crisis. What a liability and an utter pathetic failure. This place is horrendous. Avoid at all costs. My friend committed suicide after having the worst experience. Same as the comments prior. They locked him in a room when he willingly checked himself in there. Alone. One person talked to him for about 5 minutes-for over 12 hours. It’s dirty, the EMT’s are horrible also.
