Shocking approach from Emmett and Donna definitely need trained on people skills
Unfortunately it is only now I'm able to give feedback as I was left traumatised. My first visit tried to make conversation with the girl doing my mammogram obviously didn't want to talk. Recalled back girl this time was lovely, had to have ultrasound, biopsies and a marker put in by the doctor on that day, was told you will feel pressure but no pain, biopsies were fine but when the marker went in o boy I nearly fell off the bed and I was in excruciating pain I just got so upset.
