Small orders? They don't have the time for you! Poor service! My initial order went through just fine and I enjoyed the staff. I only had 12 items being embroidered.My second order was for a couple coats and 4 hats to be embroidered and 2 sweatshirts for screening. I dropped the artwork and coats off then called to check in after 2 weeks. I was told I need to give them a couple more weeks so, 3 weeks later I stopped in to see how things were going and noticed my coats and disk with my artwork setting on a box. Horrible service. No follow through. Screen Magic was very fast with my order but got it all wrong. We wanted shirts for our dancers for state competition and they misspelled "Tigard" and 2 of the girls' names. I noted the mistakes but they printed them anyway. I did get a fast reprint to fix "Tigard" but the girls' names that were misspelled didn't get fixed. ######Their graphic artist also could not duplicate what we wanted for a font.
