Well the fact that i didn't even get a tattoo there yet and its already one star is kind of a big deal. Extremely rude over the phone when asked about a specific tattoo, thats exactly what makes people not even want to walk into yalls shop. Wheres the customer oriented shops at, the ones that have a decent person answering the phone.
