I bought a used black 2013 VW Jetta that is a sharp looking car but had a major flaw on the hood. It looked like I could see waves when I was driving and it really bothered me. I pulled into Scratchmasters driveway and was greeted by owner Brian Lewis. My wife had work done by him previously. Immediately his precision and professional eye could see the problem. He fixed it in about 20 minutes and now my ride is even sharper. Thanks Brian Lewis. I can tell you are highly skilled and know your craft.
Brian did an amazing job on our Audi. He fixed about 5-6 panels with minor-major scratches and Not only was his work fantastic he responded quickly was punctual and willing to work with our schedule. He has very fair pricing and was meticulous with his work. Brian went above and beyond doing even more then he needed too. I highly recommend scratch master and will use Brian for future work as well as refer him to friends and family.
Excellent experience. Brian really knows his craft. He was able to repair very extensive scuffing and scratching across several body panels in just a few hours during a home visit. I was worried it would need to be done at a collision shop. Scratch Master avoided the headache of needing a collision shop and losing the use of our car for days or weeks — at a much lower cost. Results look great! Couldn’t be happier.
