I wanted to organise a surprise birthday delivery for my boyfriend, and first got great help from the owner via email. Due to me being overseas at this stage, communication wasn't easy and I wasn't able to call the Scratch Bakery to finalise the payment. If you're looking for a relaxing coffee on a Sunday, Scratch is your place. You'll be met with a warm smile from Emma the barista and have a fresh hot cup of coffee within minutes. Scratch is a hidden gem downtown KC. The coffee is hot, the pop tarts...sweet and the staff is first class — I highly recommend it as one of the best coffees shops in Kansas City.

I might be a little biased but the most amazing idea my brother has ever had was starting this business!!! I recently just ordered 2 dozen cookies and shared them with co workers. The responses and faces after their first bite of their cookie was all priceless. Just had a coworker have a sugar cookie and wrote to me that it was the BEST cookie she has ever had!!
