I was recommended to Scraps by a handful of people I trusted and therefore, I called to make an appointment. Lawrence picked up and we scheduled an appointment for the following Monday at 9:15am. He seemed pretty down-to-earth and took my contact information. He even mentioned his sister, Yolanda, that's how friendly he was.
