I bought a used Jeep at another dealership and had issues from day one. The dealership where I bought it couldn't figure out what the issue was so they told me to take it to Scranton Dodge. They fixed the issue at a fair price. I will definitely go back to Scranton Dodge.
Cannot give a zero, but it is deserved. No apologies offered to us for mistakes, lack of updates, time wasted waiting for intentional misdiagnosis by employee. Shameful.
