Had an appointment for 2:30 just for an oil change. Arrived at 1:40. And 3 1/2 later it was done ridiculous
Our stop-start light came on our dashboard menu. The last time this happened we were away on vacation. We went to a local Dodge/Chrysler dealership. They diagnosed that we needed a new small battery that works the stop-start mechanism. They replaced it. It cost $59 for the part and $100 labor. That was 2022. Auto body service for paint claim below satisfactory. 5 wks. in painted a few days before being shipped back. Reapplied decals to Jeep hood but bubbled up/paint not cured? Wore off / scratched paint on bottom of door entries. Door handles all loose, paint dust/slurry? All over interior & seating.
I can’t say enough positive things about working with Scranton Dodge/Jeep. They went above and beyond in every way. It was a pleasure to work with Chris. I would highly recommend Chris and Scranton Dodge/Jeep to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. I would give them 6 stars if I could!
