Was looking to purchase a vehicle from this dealership roughly 8 months ago. They told me they were having trouble getting me approved but failed to tell me they ran my credit with different lenders 10 times! I bought a used Jeep at another dealership and had issues from day one. The dealership where I bought it couldn't figure out what the issue was so they told me to take it to Scranton Dodge. They fixed the issue at a fair price. I will definitely go back to Scranton Dodge.
Cannot give a zero, but it is deserved. No apologies offered to us for mistakes, lack of updates, time wasted waiting for intentional misdiagnosis by employee. Shameful.

Horrible communication. Payed for 3 things only 2 got done. Got in my car after paying and my tire was flat after telling me they plugged the tire. Stay away if you expect decent customer service
