SCRANTON DODGE IS A JOKE. A FEW YEARS BACK OUR 15 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE NEEDED SOME REPAIR ALONG WITH BEING OUT THE BUMPER TO BUMPER. SO I WAS REFERRED TO A FCA GROUP THAT HELPED PUT IN A CLAIM FOR THE REPAIR TO GET SOME ASSISTANCE WITH THE BILL. SHORTLY AFTER THAT OUR CAR WAS IN FOR INSPECTION. OH LOOK AT THAT MAGICALLY IT NOW NEEDED A 1000 DOLLAR PART. SO BEFORE THE INSPECTION WAS DUE WE TRADED IT IN. THE NEW PLACE GAVE IT A THOROUGH INSPECTION AND FOUND THAT IT WAS A SOUND VEHICLE. From the little I have worked with Sales they seem amazing. However the service department deserves less than 1 star. While sitting inside I could here multiple conversations workers were having talking bad about the customers making fun/mocking. Amy one of the customer service agents is insanely rude.
