I hate to give a bad review as the team is very nice. Im giving the 2nd star for kindness and decent communication. Frank is great and communicates well and tries hard. Jewells pitched in and helped remedy situations as well, she's great. But the rest of this experience was a mess: Unfortunately I had to make 6 visits since February 9 before all was said and done (fingers crossed...only had it back 1 day so far). Very easy going, everything went smoothly
From the moment I telephoned Scranton GMC looking for my dream in the driveway I was treated as I was loyalty. My salesperson, Miranda was informed about the vehicle I was looking to test drive. Miranda had the vehicle ready to go when I arrived. As we went for the test drive, Miranda was able to answer all of my questions something that other sales personal at other dealerships didn't know the answer to.
