Purchased my 2025 hummer Ev from Scranton , but it seems like it’s very difficult, to get a loaner from them when you need service! I received a call from service that I’m due for a recall , and the car needs to stay all day , was told we have no loaners available, for a month out ! Crazy I’ve purchased many cars from different dealers with no issues whatsoever for loaners . I’m gonna send my vehicle to another dealer for service, this is unacceptable!
