Our sales consultant James Mangene was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The other team members were equally impressive. It was a pleasure to work with the team at Scranton Motors.
OnStar not working from day one.This was the reason for the visit. I was told the module needed could take months to receive..if it becomes available and I would be out in a list. Not sure if I was placed on a list or not.
Overall a terrible shopping experience: poor communication, false information, continual follow up calls required for updates. Not a brand or organization that will stand behind a small business owner. Video's will be posted next week.
Excellent service on my Chevy. They were on time. Service was very reasonable and quick. I was in and out in an hour.
