Overhyped local joint. Service is amazing and everyone is INCREDIBLY friendly but the food could use some work. Hashbrowns (both times) were cold and fruit hardly ripe. Parking is also incredibly challenging. If you’re visiting, I’d probably choose another diner.
I have been to Scrambled Southern Diner twice and each visit was a year apart. Each time the experience has been great. We meet some friends when we are headed back home from vacation since we are not from the area. They can be busy and staff might be serving many tables, but if that’s the case you know it. And the reason they are busy is due to the food. Our waiter, Michael, was awesome. He was very attentive and accommodating. He got my complex order correct. The food was full of flavor and the ambiance was pleasing. The cost of my meal was worth it.
