Wow! From the free inspection to the finished product, our interaction with Mark and team was professional. We selected IKO Nordic Class 4 shingle with high profile hip and ridge. The result exceeded our expectations, and we are not easily impressed. Cary Hembey and SCR were great for us. Cary helped us through the claim process for replacing our roof and other items that were damaged by a hail storm. Cary was very professional and made the whole process much easier for us. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their roof replaced or repaired. It is such a blessing to find a Contractor with integrity, who provides quality and thorough work and does what they say they will.
Needed new roof from insurance. Called office and owner Ken answered and said project manager Cary would call within the hour. Cary did. He inspected the roof with my insurance and they came to an agreement. Set up a day for new roof. Cary and the work crew were on time and completed roof same day. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the quality of the products used and the workmanship exhibited during the replacement of our roof, re-staining of our fence & patio, and installation of new screens (due to the hailstorm damage we had this last year). Mark Safford could not have been more helpful during the entire process, explaining all the steps and scheduling the work around our busy schedule. I highly recommend SCR general contractors. they came out immediately and helped me make all the decisions necessary. The were able to diagnose not only my roof but some dangerous problems with my vents in the attic. Cary Hembey helped me through the repair process with amazing patience.
