Amazing customer service, the staff were excellent and great location
Just took a chance and booked this hotel last minute! Check in might be a little confusing you have to go to the Surf beach hotel front desk! So glad I found this, the staff here were lovely and made sure everything was taken care of. Smaller boutique style hotel, my room was by the back entrance so there was noise with the foot traffic. Valet took care of my car and luggage, they allowed me to stay one more night past the check out time which i was super grateful for, and the stairs down to the beach are so convenient! Blew past our expectations!! Amenities: This is where they shine! By staying here, you get access to all the amenities at the next door sister hotel Laguna Surf Lodge including complimentary beach chair and umbrella set up, multi level beachfront terraces with couches and fire places, tea and coffee, kombucha, outdoor pool and hot tub, beach towels, and more.
