I LOVED this hotel and its Staff. It’s a long story but due to a sudden change in trip plans we booked this hotel last minute and I accidentally booked it for the following week instead by accident! Upon arriving at SCP I realized and I spoke to the MOST INCREDIBLE front desk staff. I explained the situation and Tyson and his associate were so kind and accommodating! I was kindly greeted by Tyson who was incredible at making sure I was checked in and comfortable. A huge shout out to Jimmy who was amazing and really ensured things were going smoothly! The room was beautiful, cosy and the hotel overall had a wonderful vibe and I can't wait to visit again soon. Great spot in Laguna and super close to a lot of shops, cafes and the beach. Absolutely loved my stay! Thank you SCP team.
We had a wonderful stay here with my husband and our dog. The location is perfect, with easy beach access, and the decks are beautiful for a quick bite and sunset views. The lobby and overall aesthetic feel very zen and thoughtfully designed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and clearly dog lovers. Would definitely stay again.
