SCP Hilo to bardzo ładny i klimatyczny hotel, w którym od razu czuć przyjemną atmosferę. Obiekt jest zadbany i czysty, a dodatkowym atutem jest piękny widok, który sprawia, że pobyt staje się jeszcze bardziej wyjątkowy. Idealne miejsce na spokojny wypoczynek.
This place is so wonderful. We loved our stay here. The staff is friendly. They always have complimentary tea and coffee available at the front with different milk choices such as whole, oat and almond. A free water refill station. During our 6-day stay, they had a ukulele artist come to perform, a ukulele lesson, and a fresh topical fruit tasting. A small tasting of complimentary kombucha tasting is included as well. The service was very good, everyone was welcoming and has the aloha spirit. The room on the other side was not worth it for the price and on top of that we had to pay for the amenities fee. The room that we chose was supposed to facing the bay but the view was actually too far away from the bay ( so not worth it). The AC in the room also feels very cold because it was facing the bed making it harder to sleep. Other than that I think the hotel was pretty standard but could be cheaper.
Great location, friendly staff and cool vibe. Great spot to take out the free paddleboards and enjoy Hilo! Rooms clean and adequate, although not large, but as advertised. Enjoyed the view from our lanai. My kids complained that the pool was "too deep" (not good for handstands) but otherwise my family of 4 enjoyed our 2 nights at SCP.
Absolute a 11/10. The staff, the rooms, the ambiance was amazing. I lived in Hilo Town for years and have been searching for a place to come back to and THIS is it. Plus, the coffee and koi pond was just the best morning. Oh and the restaurant next door is NOT associated with the hotel, but has a damn good happy hour
