We enjoyed our stay here! The airport is nearby but not really bothering much. The nearby Liliuokalani park is beautiful and Hilo it’s a perfect starting point to quickly reach the volcanoes national park. The pool is nice and there is coffee and tea available throughout the day. Moreover, the stuff is super kind and polite. Recommended
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very welcoming. The room was very clean, as was every public area of the hotel. The pool area is beautiful, and the laundry facilities were a nice bonus! The filtered water station was also very handy. Parking is easy and readily accessible. We had a wonderful stay at SCP Hotel! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right from the start. The hotel offers free coffee and water, which was a nice touch, and they even have complimentary bikes available for guests to use. One of the sweetest surprises was the adorable little cat that hangs out just outside the room doors! Overall, a warm and thoughtful hotel experience. We’d definitely love to come back!
The staff was so kind and happy, and I loved how tapped into nature the hotel seemed and how nature-focused it was. There was a nice pool, along with massage services, a gift shop, and paddle boards for the guests to use, along with a restaurant attached to the side of the hotel. They also had a nice big lobby and complementary coffee/hot chocolate. Plus, the beds were SO comfortable and the rooms were aesthetically pleasing!
