Same thing called on the phone they said they had everything I needed. drove over they wouldn't sell to me because I didn't have account. Try to open an account for my business and because I was not a pool company they would not even let me open an account and lost my business. You may want to talk to your man at the front desk. He's pushing people away.

Service has gone way downhill in the last few months, went from great customer service to terrible in a matter of days, good job corporate
