Wish I could give this location a 0 star. I’ve had to switch to this location after I moved (vs Scp Parker dr excellent service). I’ve been in a minimum of 30 times and out of those there were probably only 5 instances where I didn’t have to go back into the office to either A) find out why my order is missing most of its contents or B) have to go in to remind them I’m even out there as the order never even reached the warehouse and they leave you sitting outside for an hour. I forgot my chemicals test kit, too far away from shop, would have lost 2 hours round trip from Austin to Kyle and back with morning traffic. Called dispatch, she called SCP, by the time I got there, they had already pulled it and waiting for me! That's service at its best!!! Thanks SCP!
