I took my GMC terrain in after the motor completely blew, and I was still under the power train warranty. It took 2 minths to replace it, and when I picked it up it began stopping in the middle of the road. I took it back multiple times and was told they thought it was a battery module. Jake told me to pay my bill and he would call me about a partial refund due to all the issues we had. I paid for it and it still did not work, stopping in dangerous situations. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere, between the sub par mechanical work and the owner Jake Scoville refusing to fix mistakes that they made. Telling me "take your vehicle somewhere else". Its pretty clear that this is just another lying dealership, out to take your money and leave you stranded with a new vehicle that they refuse to fix. Do not spend anything at any one of these dealers. WOULD VOTE ZERO STARS.
Rocky from scoville meno is a great guy. Just purchased my 3rd car in 15 years from him and I’ve Never had an issue with any of them. He’s Knowledgeable and thorough when it comes to business . Scoville meno gave me top dollar for my trade in and they have some of the best lenders on hand giving some of the lowest APRS !! Go check Rocky out at SM, he will get you right and you’ll leave satisfied ! Thanks again my Scoville meno family !
Overall. A wonderful experience. Went down Tuesday to get mom's new car. Everything was already to go. Rocky Anderson was amazing as always. And Christina was very helpful and very detailed oriented with all of paperwork that had to be signed and filled out properly.
This is our second vehicle from here. The staff, from Rocky, Christina, and service were ever so available and willing to answer any questions and explain the vehicles to those of us needing extra help learning all the new gadgets.
