Update. On month 5 of not having a mailbox and driving 20+ minutes every week to pick up our mail. After living in a Holt Home for 2 years I can give an honest review: DONT DO IT🚫 Cheaply finished interiors - cracks from settling never cease! Warped sheet rock ( every room) crooked misplacement of doors and windows including: air vents / outlets and light switches!
