I work mostly in Longview so this was my first experience using Scout Title. I represented the buyer and this was one of the best experiences with a title company I have ever had! Brandy was our escrow officer and she was ON TOP OF IT the entire time. She was always prompt and an EXCELLENT communicator which is extremely important to me when it comes to choosing which escrow officer I want to work with. Her team was great, too! I just had an excellent experience with the team at Scout and would highly recommend them! They were so helpful at every point in the process of buying the commercial building I was in the market for. They are experts. They’ve seen it all and were able to get the deal closed quickly and without a hitch. Would highly recommend for either commercial or residential title company!!!
Excellent service and a smooth closing process. The staff handled all questions and requests professionally.
Super nice and accommodating even though the contract hadn't been sent over to them. They held on to it for me. They even gave my daughter one of the little stuffed animals they had out.
