Scout Pest Elimination was friendly and very helpful with my problems. They were able to get rid of the bugs and all the ants invading our house. I would most definitely recommend them to others. I signed up for their quarterly services at a very reasonable rate.
The staff at Scout Pest & Termite Elemination were very pleasant. They did a great job explaining to me what needed to be done and how they could help me. I would recomend them to my friends and neighbors.
We have been plagued with mice and tried everything we could think of. We even tried another pest control company which was very unsuccessful and unprofessional. When Scout came out they were very sympathetic to our problem and they acted very professional. Obviously they knew what they were doing and achieved what the other company couldn't. Yes we are very happy with this company and plan to use them in the future.
We had some problems with roaches and ants. Bugs all over. I forgot all the crickets too. We had tried sprays and traps, what a mess! Found Scout Pest Elimination and they did an exceptional job. Now we don't see the pesky little crawly creatures. Really great service and they get the job done.
I had a lot of ants and spiders. I know spiders are beneficial but not in my house. Well these guys took care of my problem in a very professional manner and are very nice. I would use them again.
I called a few other pest control companies and found this one to be the most reasonable one in the Olathe area. The guy who came to the house was very experienced in pest control. He was very easy to talk with and he had no problem answering all of my silly questions. He was very accomodating and wanted to make sure I was happy. We had an influx of roaches shorly after moving into our new home and needed someone to come over and fix the matter for us as soon as possible. Scout Pest Elimination was recommended to us by our neighbor. They are based in the same town we live in so it was very convenient. The guy who showed up was very friendly, and offered a lot of help in advising us how to handle other problems we were noticing. These guys are about as professional as they get, yet tend to want to help us rather than scam us.
I was not really worried about the insects invading my home, my wife was though. I thought I would call around and apon doing so I found this to be a competitive in price company and was local to my area with a very fast time line to be able to come to my house. The company is very professional and cares about what I have to say or the needs of my problem. They handled the issues with the insects and even put out rodent control for free. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
