Very friendly and informative. They were able to give all the information asked for and were quick to come out.
I have had this service approximately six months. I have an older home, very clean but older. These guys assured me they could get a roach issue under control. After six months it seems the situation is worse. Once a treatment was completed, I would have several sightings and report each one. The last time the manager comes out and tells me its the trees in the yard and the siding on the house. If these are issues you cant overcome, don't lock me into a contract. Outstanding Service!! We’ve only been a customer for a few months now, but we regret not joining the Scout Family sooner. From the initial appointment to the routine monthly services with Lance, that’s how it feels. Like a visit with family/ friends. We live out in the county, and our biggest issue was outside pests. No more. Lance has given us our outside living space back pest free! Give the guys at Scout a chance, you won’t regret it. Janet W.
