We didn’t realize what a bad mouse problem we had until we switched companies. Scout had not been keeping up on our mouse traps for at least several months at the time that we discontinued service with them. We know this because they never picked up the traps when we stopped service with them. They apparently didn’t remember they were there. We are now dealing with a huge mouse problem under our home that should have been dealt with a long time ago.
