Scout Boats was talking ‘entry-level, no experience needed’ just last month. Now it’s ‘must have 2–3 years in assembly/boat building’? Y’all didn’t change the job — y’all just got shook when real workers applied. That’s not about skill, that’s about filtering.
June 11, 2025 I requested a quote for two Chrome raised Scout logos to replace the old ones on my boat from a sales associate. I followed up multiple times and last week added sales manager to the email. Today is June 25 and still no quote. Great boats poor customer service! May have to find a set on another site! Scout sales manger took time to speak with me and make things right!

Scout, quite simply, has the best customer service department I've ever dealt with and not just in boating. Time and time again, they have proven to be exemplary. I'm on my fifth Scout and can't imagine making a change for any reason. I'm a lifer with this company!
I bought a 2024 240 XSF. It is a very nice boat with excellent build quality. There was an issue with leaking cushion receivers. They had not been caulked. Scout said they would do whatever it takes to address the issue. They authorized the dealer to come to my dock and replace all the receivers and bed them in caulk. So Scout stands behind their boats.
