Living just off shore of Lake Michigan, I’m familiar with boating. I know I can’t walk on water, only One can do that… but today I learned I can DANCE on water! Thank you to Scout Boats and the incredible experience I had the opportunity to have demo’ing a few of your boats today! Scout Boats was talking ‘entry-level, no experience needed’ just last month. Now it’s ‘must have 2–3 years in assembly/boat building’? Y’all didn’t change the job — y’all just got shook when real workers applied. That’s not about skill, that’s about filtering.
