The service call was exceptional! The technician was prompt and very professional. From the time I called until dryer was repaired was about 2.5 hours - awesome. Thanks again for a great service call.

Thank you Scout Appliance Repair- Called and the gentleman came the next day. He called to inform he was on his way prior to his arrival. Brought the needed part and fixed the dryer. Dryer runs as it should and is quiet. Excellent Customer service and will use again, also will tell my friends regarding the Great Service, Thank you!

EDIT: I used this service for the second time, and was equally as satisfied. -OP- Called in the morning to schedule a repair, the dryer was fixed that evening for a reasonable price. The gentleman suggested an additional repair, then he investigated further and said it wasn’t needed, saving me $60 I would have readily paid. He also observed all of the recommended distancing/mask/handling practices for COVID, which I appreciate during a home visit.

Called Scout’s to repair my oven. They came, completed repair and left. The oven was not repaired, so I called them to come back several times with no call back. Their responsiveness was terrible and I essentially paid them $182 for nothing. Will never use this company again and would not recommend.
