Scotty’s HVAC team of Mike and Brian did a superb job in fixing our furnace when we lost heat. They came out on Friday afternoon and tracked down the problem to a defective Inducer.. They located the part and Brian went to Wilkes Barre (from Hamlin) on Friday night to get it. They came back to our house in WLE and got the heat back on, True Professionals. Great Job and would give them Five Star +++++ rating.
Scotty and Debbie took exceptional care of me and my car. I felt safe under their care, I mean the man went into a river to find my tire after it flew off my car after being improbably installed at another store. Great team and excellent service.
