Scotty’s Services is the best. They maintain our systems at home and do a great job! And recently they helped us out with a no hot water emergency. SO grateful! They are professional and friendly. Shout out to Jordan and Scott and the ladies in the office. You have saved our Thanksgiving!!!
Sincerely, very nice people to work with. Nothing is rushed. Everything is thoroughly gone through and everyone within the business is extremely polite and knowledgeable. Straightforward and honest answers and same goes for Services and repairs. Our first experience was with annual maintenance and our second was for a repair of an older system. Genuinely nice people, and we were very comfortable speaking with them and with their pricing. Highly recommend
Jordan did our semi-annual maintenance. We had a couple extraordinary items which Jordan handled cheerfully and professionally. One of our units is in the attic which was extremely hot and difficult to access. Jordan did a great dealing with it. We have been dealing with Scotty's for almost 20 years. They are responsive, easy to contact and all of the techs have been very personable and professional.
Middle of July laid on Friday afternoon air-conditioning goes down. I called Scotty and a very sweet woman promised that she would try to find someone and she would get back to me. I was skeptical. 10 minutes later, she called back and said that Jordan was on his way. Jordan was polite, skilled, and very efficient. He took pictures of my fried wires and explained the problem. From start to finish, this was a very positive experience!
Scotty’s HVAC team of Mike and Brian did a superb job in fixing our furnace when we lost heat. They came out on Friday afternoon and tracked down the problem to a defective Inducer.. They located the part and Brian went to Wilkes Barre (from Hamlin) on Friday night to get it. They came back to our house in WLE and got the heat back on, True Professionals. Great Job and would give them Five Star +++++ rating.
