Stay away from this appliance repair company. I would avoid it like the plague! Background: the principle of the company died a few years ago leaving it to his brother, Richard. Richard is a large, very overweight person who doesn't seem to know a lot about fridges (he also has to have his wife drive him everywhere...???), much less possess the ability to diagnose and repair them competently.
