Jeremy was an outstanding tech! He explained several questions I had on a “layman understanding” Level. His workmanship was very professional and yet, he was so kind and respectful. I hope I will see him here again
Fantastic service all the way around. We called to have our 6 month check up, Heather was super efficient and welcoming and was able to get someone out on the same day. The tech arrived right on time and was super helpful and informative. He worked diligently and took a couple minutes to greet one of our dogs. He provided us with information that he felt was useful and was very genuine. Highly recommend Scotty’s to anyone. It is hard to find people that so this much care but they shown it every step of the way.
We called them with the slightest issue almost a year later they came out no questions asked same hour. I could never recommend them enough!!!!
I had my dryer duct cleaned and they sent the best guys to do the job. Very professional and thorough! They did a great job! Couldn't be happier!
