I came and saw Dr. Scotty Newcomer back in 2021, he refused to listen to me, kept blaming everything on my weight and would rush me in and out the door. Thankfully, I have found me a better orthopedics that would listen to me, give me the time of day, actual believe me and I even had surgery to deal with my pain. If I could leave zero stars I would. Newcomer wouldn’t listen to me, looked at me like I was stupid when I was talking, had terrible bedside manner, and misdiagnosed me based on his ineptitude and inability to actually listen to the patient. Went to a different ortho, and got the help I needed.
Dr. Newcomer did a very thorough evaluation and assessment, explaining everything and even going over my X-rays with me. We decided on trying an injection in the muscle to avoid the joint. Within a few days I was pain free and have been for almost a year!
