I have used them for years and always had good experiences. They are under new ownership and the service reflects that. It is hard to get ahold of anyone, and they are not customer service friendly at all. Every time you call there is another reason why they haven't gotten to you. I would suggest going somewhere else and that's unfortunate because this used to be such a good business.
Called last week about needing an ignition switch. Showed up this week unannounced and he had it pulled and ready to roll!

I’ve brought Scottsville Power some tools that I was certain were lost causes and yet somehow JD performs miracles time and time again. They have return them revitalized and ready for work. The knowledge and know-how of Scottsville Power has saved me hundreds of dollars. Update 5-20-24: Scottsville Power Equipment is under new management.
