We have lived here the past 4 years, there are constant problems such as furnace/central air issues, no hot water and other sewer problems that last days.
I clearly told them when I was moving out and what I did for cleaning. I left that place 100 times cleaner compared to when we moved into it. They ghosted me and never responded to any of my messages until my deposit came in then they started replying saying they shampooed the carpet which I did. So in the end they charged me 420 for cleaning and 175 for shampooing the carpet.
