in April 2020 I order a large lemon oil that was like water with squeezed lemon in it when i received it! never smelled like the real lemon oil i am use to having. All just no good. Customers service is horrible ! i emailed them numerous times an they keep responding but never sent a replacement or refund ! And to date my account Sign on now show NO record i even bought the product :(
