Dr. Paik is very empathetic, accommodating and professional. I had to find a dentist quickly for my elderly 92 year old mother. Its difficult to find a dentist with the patience for someone who does not hear well and is very anxious about new doctors. Dr. Paik was so kind and patient with my mother, it was as if she was his own mother. He ensures you understand everything regarding your insurance thoroughly and explains any work necessary in detail. Doctor Paik was very welcoming. He was very thorough and gentle when doing my x-rays. I was very pleased with my cleaning. My teeth felt clean and healthy after my visit. He was kind and answered all my questions. Highly recommend his office if you have dental anxiety. He walks you through each process and describes each tool. He positively changed my perspective on dental visits.
