Incredibly frustrated with this apartment complex. We moved here in back in 2022, and we were explicitly told that the HOA fees would not increase. Surprise, surprise—those fees have gone up several times since we moved in, about a 30% increase each year. Feels like a bait-and-switch at this point. To make matters worse, there are neighbors with a serious roach problem that has now infested our unit. We keep our place spotless, so this is absolutely unacceptable. 5 stars for Arron...a great professional and a very nice person
Too many leaks, the water pipes are old and crusty. Mold smelling hallways and the value is way over valued for the building the units are in. Any updating is superficial just to attract you, but the cost of fixing things is not told or disclosed when you purchase. Ask for a maintenance report of the building, and the unit you buy --before--- you purchase. Disclosures are not given to you and should be. Isn't that the law? Please don’t move here if you are a renter! You have no say in anything that goes on. The HOA’s are brutal! They will throw out citations like crazy! The only reason mom and I haven’t left is because she’s 90 years old and she loves her beautiful home that she takes so much pride in! Please don’t judge all renters as this community does!! We’ve been here 7 years now and my ESA Chiweenie is16 years old!
