Great place to park!
Incredibly frustrated with this apartment complex. We moved here in back in 2022, and we were explicitly told that the HOA fees would not increase. Surprise, surprise—those fees have gone up several times since we moved in, about a 30% increase each year. Feels like a bait-and-switch at this point. To make matters worse, there are neighbors with a serious roach problem that has now infested our unit. We keep our place spotless, so this is absolutely unacceptable.
