I wish I had done more research before purchasing in this community. In my experience, the complex is aging, the monthly HOA dues are extremely high, and they continue to increase year after year without a corresponding improvement in the quality of living or amenities. Further the board does whatever it wants and does not take in to consideration of the tenants. Communication from the HOA and management has nothing but frustrating.
