Great customer service! I was working on a DIY plumbing project today and realized the very hard to find bathroom faucet cartridge, I had purchased from another business was defective. And the business I purchased it from had closed for the day. I called Tru Value Hardware, they didn't have the cartridge I needed but recommended Scottsdale Plumbing. I'm trying to moderate my disappointment with a 2-star review rather than putting them on blast with a 1-star. But they installed a replacement tankless water heater with the wrong sized o-ring that crimped and leaked all over my bedroom floor (the utility closet is next to my bedroom).
