We lived at Scottsdale Place over the course of a few years, and while yes, it is true they’ve had several managers since being there, the most current manager, Gabby, had been absolutely wonderful. She responded quick to inquiries, handled concerns adequately, and was always so professional with us. We recently bought a house, and while we lived there since 2021, they never charged us outside of our deposit for repairs when we moved out(we left the place very clean). The owners never answer the phone. They will hit you up for 5,000 dollars, when you leave. Bugs , filth , blues and bums. No maintenance. Can you smell ?
Worst renting experience of my life. I just moved out in September of 2023. They still haven’t released my security deposit even though it’s well over the 14 days they legally have to return it. I now have to get lawyers involved and take them to small claims court. They have a new property manager every other month so you never know who you’re talking too. I’m not too sure why this community is rated so low. I had a great tour experience with the new manager, Rachel! She provided the best costumer service and got to know me and my needs. The community has everything I’m looking for and is the perfect location for my lifestyle. Not to mention the amazing price for the area, wow! Everyone we passed by on property was nice and friendly and the grounds were well kept!
